This machine was designed and built for a local automotive stamping and components manufacturer. The machine is pass thru in design and is used to remove E coating from both sides of a stamped component, doing so allows the two parts to be welded together eliminating the issue of welding thru the E coating.

Most importantly it also eliminates injuries that could occur from hand brushing or sanding the parts, as well as providing a more economically processed and more consistent part.

The machine features the use of our Auto Amp Compensation system which keeps the brush engagement constant automatically thru the HMI/PLC combo, pass thru part conveyance, simple dust and media collection, and powder coated components.
